What monitoring and reporting arrangements would there be?
Monitoring and reporting requirements will be included in the bulk entitlement amendment when it is prepared. Some of these requirements are already in place in its existing bulk entitlement (Wonthaggi – Inverloch). You can download South Gippsland Water’s existing bulk entitlement on the Application and Related Documents page. The arrangements will include preparation of a metering program to monitor and report on its extractions. This will ensure that South Gippsland Water complies with the proposed entitlement rules. South Gippsland Water will be required to report on compliance with entitlement rules in its annual report.
