Heavy use boards are moderated at a rate of 3-4 per hour, average use boards are moderated at a rate of 5-8 per hour, and light use boards are moderated at a rate of about 10 per hour. The chargeback rate for CS moderating time for affiliates is $18/hour. • Moderation frequency must be set up with CS. Determine the number of times per day and the number of times per week you want your boards moderated. • All new Message Boards should be moderated for several weeks to confirm that messages are on task. • Weekly or bi-monthly reports are available documenting a Message Board’s activity level and topics. • Transcripts are provided by request only. They require 2-3 business days and ship as a word file.
