What mobile UI solution is recommended and why?
Overall for stability, versatility and reliability I would go with RIM, they make the Blackberry’s. Their one of the largest providers of PDA’s for corporate users, and for good reason. I use to work for a cell phone company for over five years, and Blackberry’s were the phones that we saw no issues with. Yes they can be slightly complicated to a user who is coming from a standard consumer cell phone, but they can be easily learned. Verses going with a windows mobile device, yes some of them are good, but generally I am not a fan. I had too many customers with issues, the interface was not user friendly, you did have the ability to customize more, but at the same time the OS has many more problems. If your looking to purchase a phone, I would highly recommend a Blackberry, check out the blackberry curve, there are a lot of great deals to be found. And just to add to it, another one of my favorite operating systems is the Nokia Series 60 platform.
