The ratio of fluorinated polyol : cross-linker (polyisocyanate) = 10 : 0.8 or 100 : 8 Each 1/2 cup of fluorinated polyol add 10 ml of cross-linker, or each cup of fluorinated polyol add 20 ml of cross-linker.
