What mixes of sand and cement do i use for the following?
1 walls = mortar = 3 sand to 1 cement 2 laying slabs = mortar = 3 up to 4 sand to 1 cement 3 Concreting drives = concrete = 3 sand 2 gravell 1 cement – NOT TOO WET!! small sections at a time correctly tamped down and correctly levelled – dont attempt to do the whole drive in 1 go as my daughters boyfriend tried over the weekend!!!
