What Missions Might MRFM Serve?
Gen. George C. Marshall articulated perhaps the most compelling and enduring strategic vision of the missions that quantum microscopy might help serve. Marshall’s 1947 Marshall Plan Speech speaks to us today as strongly as ever: I need not tell you gentlemen that the world situation is very serious. That must be apparent to all intelligent people.
