What metrics are in place to determine if TeraGrid will indeed turn out to be a good investment?
TeraGrid has a growing set of quantitative objectives relating to science success, user adoption, and other aspects of the project, and we work closely with NSF to evaluate these metrics on a quarterly basis. Most importantly, our metrics are driven by direct interactions with end-users and with discipline scientists who are providing science gateways to their communities.
