What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro, and personal cheques. We do not accept American Express or Visa Electron. If you wish to pay by cheque, please mail your payment along with your name, address, phone number and order description to:Holland and Barrett Direct Vitality House Sixth Avenue Centrum 100 Burton Upon Trent DE14 2WP Please specify what product(s) you are ordering and where you would like your product(s) to be shipped. (Please note: That by sending a cheque, your product may take slightly longer to arrive than the normal delivery time).
We currently offer pre-payment and credit card type of payment. By choosing pre-payment type of payment you will be prompted to deposit the amount of chosen tickets and costs for delivery to Eventim bank account within 3 working days. And by choosing credit card type of payment the amount of ticket and delivery costs will be deducted from your credit card account. With credit card type of payment you can choose form a variety of credit cards including Mastercard, and VISA.
A. We accept cash, money orders, cashier checks and/or personal checks. At this time we are unable to accept credit card payments. However, you can pay by check over the phone. To do this, contact the Agent assigned to your account. Their phone number appears on the bottom of your monthly statement or see “Contact List”.
