What methods of payment are accepted?
Credit Card: We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express or Government Impact cards. Check/Cash: You may pay by cashier’s check, faxed check, money order, bank wire or business check. No counter checks accepted. Purchase Orders: All military, public school and government purchase orders accepted. Leasing Available: Enjoy equal monthly payments with our easy leasing option. Ask your product consultant for details. Leasing rates are subject to fluctuations in the money market, credit processing and credit approval. $1500 minimum leasing amount applies. Special Orders: Custom items and other items not shown in our catalog cannot be shipped C.O.D. and must be paid for in advance. Open Account: Please fill out the credit application to request an open account. Processing may require two business days. Shipping Charges: Customers must pay all shipping charges unless item shown is marked Free Freight.
When will the conference registration desk be open? Yes, however, the fee to register after October 2nd is $1099 vs. the regular fee of $899 (October 2nd). Can I bring a guest? Yes, you are invited to bring a guest to make the most of your trip. You can register your guest along with your Innovation 2009 registration. The guest fee is $299/person which includes access to the Sunday and Tuesday evening events, as well as breakfasts and lunches. We are also offering a Tuesday Event Only guest pass for $75/person which includes access to the event at Universal CityWalk only. How can I register a guest after I have completed my registration? Our payment processor is PayPal. It is one of the fastest and most secure payment methods online. This means that if you have a PayPal account, you can simply log in and send the payment via your preferred method on your account. But if you don’t have a PayPal account, you do NOT need to create one. You can pay with any credit card – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express – through PayPal without logging in. You will simply enter all your information into their secure processing system and all funds will be forwarded to us immediately.
