The 21st century is a century of 2-way communication. Gone are the days of one-way communication, which comes from a time when people worked like robots, when time-management systems were key to business operations and when trust was relatively low. The same management style repressed the circulation of information and discouraged feedback, believing that this led to rumours and increased discontentment. In fact we now know that rumours arise from lack of clear information and not because people are informed.
