For all other common carrier transportation expenses, you must use one of the following methods: • For passenger transportation services costing: Less than $100, you must use a Government contractor-issued individually billed travel card. If use of the Government contractor-issued individually billed travel card is not accepted, you may use personal funds. • For passenger transportation services costing: $100 or more, you must use Government contractor-issued individually billed travel card, GTR, or centrally billed account. You may not use cash, personal checks, or personal credit cards for any common carrier expenses that total $100 or more without prior approval. • Air excess baggage charges: For each leg of a trip, you must use a Go
