I was just diagnosed with a double layer herniated disk in my L4 and L5. I am being given an immediate transfer over to a neurosurgeon and that has me a little nervous. What are some methods of treatment for this condition? I have already undergone physical therapy with no success on relieving the pain, so at this point I am really not sure as to what is used to correct this issue. Thanks in advance.
