What method for cleaning cats teeth is the cheapest and most efficient?
I have this thing that I bought at PetSmart. It’s a three-headed toothbrush, kind of in a triangle shape, with a gap at the bottom of one angle. (I just tried to find a picture online, but couldn’t…It’s definitely in the stores though.) It comes with toothpaste, or there’s a few different kinds of cat toothpaste at the store as well. It was $9.00. You can brush the cat’s teeth this way to remove any plaque and tartar build up. Though, that method doesn’t always work, because my two little cats tend to clench their mouths shut, refusing to let me brush. Another method I would try is using these ‘oral health care’ drops that you put in the cat’s drinking water. They were around 8 bucks, but it makes their teeth and gums healthy, and their breath better. It’s completely odorless and flavorless. You put two tiny capfulls into the water bowl (depending on the size of the bowl, and it works really well. I tried it once because I was worried that my cat might have some sort of gum issue. I
