What method does SysAid use for Asset Management?

0

SysAid uses the Agent method. In order to perform all Asset Management and Monitoring tasks, a small SysAid agent is deployed. The Agent can be installed on Windows, Macintosh and Linux OS. It can also be installed on various Unix OS (please contact support for more details). The Agent is installed both on workstations and servers. Once deployed, it will carry out its predefined tasks and report back to the server. The server will also ensure that the Agent is updated with all latest versions.
