MailWasher Pro checks any messages that are not marked as legitimate either by your Friends List or by your filters. For this reason, we strongly suggest you make sure your Friends List is up to date. This ensures maximum accuracy so no accidental reporting takes place. MailWasher Pro does not allow you to report emails that have already been added to the FirstAlert! database. When an email has already been added to the database, the status of the message reads “Known spam”, and the report check box does not display.
