What merchants are eligible for Expedited Payments?
Some merchants have daily cutoff times for posting transactions and payments. Merchant cutoff times range throughout the day. Expedited Payments will be available to merchants to whom Online Resources, our Bill Pay vendor can route the payment prior to the merchants’ daily posting cutoff time. As a result, merchants who can only accept payments from Online Resources via paper check will not be eligible for Expedited Payments.
