Shirts can go to XXXL but it would be a good idea to really look at how big the person is that you will be buying for. Most shops will carry pinoy sizes but you will also be able to find some that will show international sizing. As for pants, I think you will also be able to find sizes in the 40+ range since there are now some pinoys who tend to get really fat. Measure the person’s waist in inches since that is the sizing that they will show on the pants, not like in the USA where it’s by a number code.
