Many of the countries surrounding the Mediterranean are going to have similar climates, and therefore, similar insect species. I couldn’t find the most ‘infested’, but why not try somewhere nice- like Greece or Italy? Plenty of bugs and good hospitals (in case you find some not so good bugs).
