Always check with your own health care professionals: Elavil seems to be successful for a number of PWPSP to calm restless nights and aid in sleeping. Some have not found relief. There are some reports of only one hour of uninterrupted sleep with increasing agitation through the night and frequent (from 15 to 30 to 45 minutes) intervals of feeling the urge to urinate. Benadryl also helps in some cases. This is over the counter, but consult your doctor first.
