What medicine does Advil Migraine have?
Advil Migraine comes in gelcaps and liquid capsules of 200 mg of ibuprofen each, and the dose is to take two of these every six to eight hours. For my pain, I take three or four, because one prescription ibuprofen is 800 mg, which is four over-the-counter tablets. I don’t recommend this unless you speak to your doctor first. There are many inactive ingredients in Advil Migraine as well, but none that really need to be mentioned here. However, I will tell you that ibuprofen has been known to cause stomach pain and bleeding, and if you are on any kind of blood thinner, it’s not a good idea to take this at all! The bottle recommends you eating or having a glass of milk before you take this product as to avoid these problems. If I don’t do this, I get pain in my stomach that isn’t severe, but it’s enough to make me realize I should have eaten something. Warnings on the label Basically, do not take more than the recommended dose unless instructed by a doctor. Also remember that this product
