What medications cure chronic fatigue syndrome?
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: Patients with chronic fatigue syndrome may find relief using nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). They are common pain relievers that reduce inflammation and include, among many others, aspirin, ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil, Nuprin, Rufen), and naproxen (Aleve, Naprosyn, Naprelan, Anaprox). People use these medications, also called NSAIDs, for pain relief.
