ConnectiCare VIP Custom 1 is a Coordinated Care Plan where you receive care through the participating doctors and hospitals in our broad Connecticut network. ConnectiCare’s VIP Option Plans are Point-of-Service (POS) Plans which give you the flexibility to seek coverage from the broad network of ConnectiCare providers, or from a Medicare-approved provider outside of the ConnectiCare network. You may have a reduced cost share if you seek services from a contract ConnectiCare provider.
