There are English-speaking doctors available but those doctors make a charge, in some cases this can be reclaimed on your travel insurance. The hospital facilities are excellent and many people who have been treated in the various local hospitals speak very highly of them. Normally there are a number of multi-lingual assistants available at the hospital.
