The ARC Web Shop is designed to work with Windows Media Player version 9 or later. We chose to work within the most widely-available media player to make your music downloads experience as fast, easy and inexpensive as possible. There may be problems with downloading songs and their licenses if you try using other media players or an earlier version of Windows Media Player. To find out what version you have, open your Windows Media Player, click the Help menu and select About Windows Media Player. A window will open and display information about the player, including the version number.
