What med-peds activities/educational experiences are there?
While our program values having our residents treated as categorical residents while rotating on pediatrics and medicine, we also place great importance on having a strong med-peds identity and camaraderie. Thus, we have our own combined med-peds board review bi-monthly, med-peds journal club, and monthly business meetings. In addition, we have a combined med-peds continuity clinic experience & pre-clinic conference, med-peds intern skills month (call-free month), and community med-peds rotations available. There are combined subspecialty rotations available also. We also have a variety of med-peds social events throughout the year!
