A1. A comprehensive environmental impact assessment has been carried out by expert consultants in accordance with government legislation. This is an integral part of the development and planning process and it considers a range of issues including emissions, noise, ecology and transport. The EIA report was prepared by PB Power, an experienced consultancy firm and issued last year to statutory consultees and also made available to the general public.
