What measures have been suggested to mitigate the appearance of the proposed parking structure?

There are plans to landscape along the north, west, and south sides of the parking structure by adding three sections of landscaping including a green screen along the north and west sides of the parking structure, and sound baffles in wall openings along the north and west sides of the parking structure. This will include an additional row of planted trees along the median between the access road and the parking structure to help mitigate any potential noise, view obstruction, or light coming from the parking structure. Low level lighting will also be added along the perimeter of the upper low walls of the parking structure to cut down on the lighting wash visible from the upper level.
