What measures does Canada propose to take against Liberation Tigers Of Tamil Eelam?
You are no doubt, aware about the continued human rights violations being committed by the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) in Sri Lanka, where it has become a daily occurrence to gun down political opponents, abduct children and adults to be forcibly conscripted into their fighting forces, constantly threaten, intimidate, assault and extort from ordinary civilians who live both within and outside the areas in the Vanni which are illegally controlled by the fascist regime set up by this internationally designated terrorist group. Even the members of Sri Lanka’s Security Forces are being regularly targeted with the intention of provoking a reprisal that would give them the opportunity to create unrest in the country.
