What meal goes with rice and salad?
Try this recipe for chicken and rice, goes great with a salad. 1 package yellow or white rice. If using white rice, rinse until water is clear. Don’t rinse yellow rice as you will rinse off the seasonings. 2 cups chicken broth (Use the measure of 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water or broth will make 3 cups cooked rice. Mix rice and liquid in a casserole dish. Lay chicken breasts on the top, cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, removing foil the last 10 minutes to allow top to brown.

You didn’t give out to much information like what kind of salad or what kind of rice. Salad goes good with everything if its like potato salad you would want to stay with hamburgers , or chicken work best. I use white rice with beef, chicken, fish, pork. And I like brown rice for lamb, beef, pork, chicken veil, I hope I helped you a little.
