What Matters for the Baseball Hall of Fame?
Writing my recent entries about Barry Bonds, Jorge Posada and the 1978 Boston Red Sox has me noticing the different criteria that come to mind in my discussions with other fans about what MATTERS to them in deciding if a player if HOF worthy. As I have stated, I believe that personal lives/chemical additives etc. should have ZERO bearing and that Bonds, Joe Jackson, Pete Rose should all be obvious inductees off their careers.
