Students who are science majors (AS degrees) need to complete MAT 070, 080 before beginning math courses. Take either MAT 161 or 171 (recommend MAT 171) but NOT both. Other courses to recommend: MAT 151, MAT 172, MAT 271, MAT 165. They cannot take MAT 140 for this degree.
