What maternity/adoption benefits are there?
The University provides eligible employees with leave at full pay for their own serious health condition; for the birth, adoption or foster care placement of a child; or for the care of a spouse, parent, or child with a serious health condition. All such leaves are consistent with the provisions of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA).
