What materials used?
Mostly paper mache, but also wood pulp and leather used for the shaping. Each masks is hand painted and decorated using a variety of finishes including: gold and silver leaf, macrame lace, Swarovski crystal pieces, metal ornaments, braiding, glitter, real sheet music, Tarot cards, and best quality feathers. Some of the masks are artificially aged using special crackle glaze technique that makes mask finish look like antique porcelain.
