What materials must be submitted to properly file an application?
Applicants must submit the following*: • School of Social Work MSW application (online or paper) • Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended • Supplementary Statement (maximum 3 pages double-spaced) • Three recommendation forms and/or letters • Current resume • Application fee *Non-native speakers of English, non-BA, and International applicants must submit additional materials.
