What materials does Gather ’Round offer?
Each quarter, Gather ’Round offers teacher’s guides, student books, classroom packs, and a Talkabout. The Talkabout has content connected to each week’s session and is designed to be used by families at home. Student books are used in class all quarter and then may be taken home at the end of the quarter. For the younger age levels, the teacher’s guide includes instructions for take-home items related to the week’s session. The youth material is written for leaders, with reproducible student sheets for selected sessions. The Parent/Caregiver level has one guide with leader tips, for use by all participants. Gather ’Round is published new each quarter, and is available about three months prior to the date of usage. All materials are designed specifically for the quarter of usage.
