Upper: High quality calfskin leather from a German tannery. Footbed: Maintaining the classic Birkenstock footbed with its ergonomic elements including contoured arch support and heel cup for even weight distribution infused with the power of new technology and design. Featuring a sueded footbed liner tanned with natural vegetable dyes which absorb moisture than regular suede. Closed-cell EVA foam for cushioning and prohibiting dirt and bacteria build-up. Natural cork-latex mixture for proper foot support. Biodegradable PU based gel heel pad for shock absorption. Outsole: Outsole designs are made of Thermoplastic Polyurethane chosen for its light weight, durability, abrasion/slip resistance and non-marking qualities. Shoe liners: Pigskin for its softness and durability or cambrelle, in fashion colors with wicking and antimicrobial properties.
