Refer to the Sink Disposal sign that is posted near the sink in your laboratory for a list of materials that can be discharged to MIT laboratory sinks. Materials that are not listed on the Sink Disposal sign must be collected and managed as hazardous waste. Contact the EHS Office at environment@mit.edu or x2-3477 with any questions.
