What materials are used when building a stairs?
depending on the site of the stairs: exterior stairs, treads stringers,hand rail can be out of pressuretreted southern yellow pine, or any of the exotic hardwoods, i.e. ipe, camaru,, interior stairs are typically made out of hemlock fir, poplar, oak or again nicer hardwoods for staining, this all really will depend on the application.
