What materials are used in Smart Furniture\s Signature Line?
Our Signature Line (which includes all Smart Shelves® products) is made of heat-infused melamine with medium density fiberboard (MDF) core construction, ensuring long-lasting durability. MDF components are scratch, dent, and water-resistant. MDF was specifically selected for our product rather than natural wood for two reasons: • 1. It will not warp like real wood can under heavy loads. 2. Unlike real wood, it can be cut to very specific measurements, which is essential for the success of our patented interlocking system. All Smart Shelves® and Signature Line products include a lifetime warranty. The components are machined by state-of-the-art equipment in the United States.
