What materials are the luminaries made with?
We start out with glass. The design is hand colored. Then we layer 5 different materials by hand, to create the unique and beautiful iridescent or metallic finish. All materials used are completely non-toxic. • How do I clean my luminary? Because the inside of the luminary is smooth glass, they are easy to clean. We recommmend that you pop it in your freezer for 10 minutes, and the wax will pop right out. The exterior can be wiped with a damp cloth, and dried. • If I place an order, and pay with a credit card, is it really safe? Yes. Your orders are held at a secure server until we pick them up. You can also pay by phone. For more information, please see Payments • How long does it take to get my luminaries after I order them? It depends on what we have in stock at any given time. We have over 300 different designs and it’s impossible to have every one in stock at all times. However 90% of our orders ship out within 2 weeks.
