Lauren’s Hope uses the finest quality of beads available. All of our beads are 14Kt gold filled and sterling silver. The actual Medical ID Tag is stainless steel. The bracelets are strung on jewelry wire, so they will NOT stretch. All of our bracelets are custom made to fit. This is why it is important to measure your wrist.
