If a Special Permit is required, one of the Land Use Planners will work with you to complete a checklist for the proposed development. The checklist will identify certain information that you must submit with your Special Permit application in order for that application to be complete and ready for filing. You must also provide the information called for in §§30-23 and 30-24 of the Zoning Ordinance, which will require you to have a site plan prepared by a licensed engineer or land surveyor.
