What materials are provided with the WT-Ovation One-Direct RNA Amplification System?
The WT-Ovation One-Direct System provides all necessary buffers, primers and enzymes for cell lysate preparation, first strand synthesis, second strand synthesis and amplification. The kit also provides nuclease-free water and Agencourt RNAClean® magnetic beads for second strand reaction cDNA purification.
