The following materials are NOT eligible for interlibrary loan: • TEXTBOOKS • Books owned by Rutgers University Libraries (request using Book Delivery/Recall option in IRIS) • On reserve or reference on the same geographical campus: Camden, Newark, or New Brunswick/Piscataway (all libraries) • “IN-PROCESS” that have been received at a Rutgers library or in central acquisitions (use the Book Delivery/Recall option in IRIS to request “IN-PROCESS” books.

The following materials are NOT eligible for interlibrary loan: • TEXTBOOKS • Books owned by Rutgers University Libraries (request using Book Delivery/Recall option in IRIS) • On reserve or reference on the same geographical campus: Camden, Newark, or New Brunswick/Piscataway (all libraries) • “IN-PROCESS” that have been received at a Rutgers library or in central acquisitions (use the Book Delivery/Recall option in IRIS to request “IN-PROCESS” books.) • More than twice for the same title and same person within the same calendar year • In non-Roman alphabets without transliteration The following materials are not eligible for article delivery service: • Chapters in circulating books owned by Rutgers University Libraries (request book using Book Delivery/Recall option in IRIS)
