There is an extra charge for tires. To dispose of hazardous waste see California Integrated Waste Management Board, or contact your city to see if they offer hazardous waste disposal. Define inert materials. Inert materials include dirt, concrete, rock, sand, stucco, tile, brick, cinder block, asphalt, rebar, metal, etc.
