What material is the arm band made out of?

The arm band is a one-piece soft waterproof neoprene material. The front is 4″ wide and contains a slot where the Activity Monitor can easily slip in and be protected while bathing. There is a see-through plastic front so that the device can be seen and maintain its communication range. The back portion is 1 ¼” wide and includes a Velcro closure. The strap is adjustable.
