What Marriage records are available from the Florida Bureau of Vital Statistics?
Marriage records from June 6, 1927 – Present are available at this office. Any marriage record prior to June 6, 1927 is available from the Clerk of Court in the county where the marriage license was issued. Prior to 1972 the Application to Marry may be available from the Clerk of Court. Beginning with 1972, the Application to Marry section was incorporated to the front of the marriage record and is no longer a separate document.
