What marketing areas are covered by HomeSell Select?
A. We are members of the Triad MLS, so our primary markets are Greensboro, High Point, Jamestown, Winston-Salem, Thomasville, Lexington, and areas surrounding these cities. One of our founding members, Jean, is also a member of the Brunswick County MLS through an affiliation with Wendy Wilmot Properties on Bald Head Island, so we offer buyer’s agency services for 2nd home or vacation property throughout Brunswick & New Hanover counties (Sunset Beach to Wilmington areas along the coast). Our NC brokers license authorizes us to sell property anywhere in North Carolina, however, we would likely offer buyer’s agent or referral services, rather than property listings in areas outside our primary markets.
