What management company is used by the HOA?
Silver Spruce Village is self-managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. There are significant savings by not hiring an outside management company. The Board currently pays a monthly stipend for a Board Manager/Bookkeeper and a maintenance coordinator to assist in conducting HOA business.
