If you really wanted to, you could download something from the web to your computer, connect a cable from your computer to your phone, and then transfer to your phone. But that would take lots of time and effort. If you really really wanted to, you could attach stuff you find on the web to an email message, send that email to yourself, open your email application on the phone, read that email message, detach the attached stuff in your email from your phone and save it somewhere on the phone.
